CANCELLATIONS Bondi Beach Studios does not permit cancellations once a booking is confirmed. Your arrival and departure dates can be amended but additional fees may apply. REFUNDS Bondi Beach Studios provides no refunds if booking plans / dates change and an early departure occurs. Shortening of bookings may also result in a different nightly rate. PAYMENT Bondi Beach Studios accepts Mastercard, Visa and Amex. A 2.5% surcharge shall apply for all Visa credit card transactions. A 2.75% surcharge shall apply for all Mastercard credit card transactions. A 1.8% surcharge shall apply for all Amex credit card transactions. The guest will be required to provide the credit card used when booking as well as corresponding photo identification. Bookings may not be honoured if either of these are not available. 10% GST will be added to the booking price. A security deposit of $280 AUD will be processed upon check-in using the same credit card used for your booking (or any other card provided). This deposit will be used to pay any credit card surcharge, or any other fees associated with the booking. Please note that $95 cleaning fee will be processed upon check-in as stated in our policy. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is from 2.00pm. Check-out time is no later than 10.00am. RATES Rates are per room, per night, for the standard number of people per room. One extra guest is permitted in certain rooms at an additional charge ($95 per night). This charge includes an extra bed as well as extra linen and towels. VISITORS Visiting guests are not permitted in the rooms or common areas between the hours of 8pm and 8am. Our local residents are very sensitive to disturbances of any kind therefore disturbances will not be accepted - this includes conversing late at night on the balconies. Guests must respect the peaceful nature of this location. Breach of these conditions may result in immediate cancellation of the booking. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE A VERY STRICT NO PARTY POLICY WHICH INCLUDES VISITING GUESTS AFTER 8PM.
PETS We have a no-pet policy. BOOKINGS Bondi Beach Studios reserves the right to relocate any booking to a hotel, serviced apartment or apartment of the same standard. All bookings are subject to availability. Bondi Beach Studios does not accept liability for any errors or omissions on this website. We make every effort to ensure all information is accurate. Guests agree that all information given for the booking is true and correct. Credit card details must be the same as the booking party's details. Any alterations and/or extensions to bookings are subject to availability. DAMAGES We accept normal wear and tear of the accommodation, however, if there are damages due to, but not limited to, (or excess cleaning required), cigarette burns and marks, damage and stains to soft furnishings, broken crockery and glass or damage by guests etc. we reserve the right to deduct the costs of these from the credit card account holder. Charges will apply for any damage or repair and/or replacement of all or excessive cleaning. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted in the building or any of the rooms or balconies. There is a fire alarm system in operation and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the building, you will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any money paid. In addition, you will be charged a non-negotiable fee of $1800 which will cover the fire brigade call fee. LOCK OUT If you are locked out of your room and must be let in, a fee of $35.00 will be charged. LOST KEYS A fee of $55.00 will be charged for any lost keys.
